Shipping & Returns


 Shipping times are approximate and depend on where your country is located, your postal office, and custom practices. Your order might be shipped in multiple shipments for us to optimize shipping and delivery times. 

Please allow 2-3 business days for your orders to process.  

We ship via USPS and UPS which provides secure and easy trackable methods of shipping, if your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you.

We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Colors and sizes may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions. These situations do not qualify as defects or qualify for refunds.

To start a return, you can contact us at Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • We accept returns for online credit after 7 days but cannot exceed 10 days,  from the date you placed your order. The online credit should match the new purchase price, remaining balance credit is not carried over. If the new purchase price is higher than the online credit only the balance is owed.
  • Return credits are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the credit has been issued.
  • Availability of a replacement item is not guaranteed.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damages must be reported within the same day of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned. 

 Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items on final sale are not eligible for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Liiraven Home is not responsible for damaged, missing, or packages lost in transit.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Initial shipping costs are not refundable.

Please remember it can take some time (approx. 5-7 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Store credit

All credits will be issued by coupon code. Online store credit can only be used on our website. We are unable to transfer this to another person or account. Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit or gift card will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
